5. User-Generated Content

PenDreams allows users to create "Dreams" that are publicly accessible after generation. The username and avatar of the creator will be displayed to all users. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share. PenDreams reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

6. Payments and Credits

PenDreams operates on a credit system. Users can purchase credits via one-time payments or through a Pro subscription. All purchases are non-refundable. By making a payment, you agree to the pricing and payment terms indicated on the platform.

7. Analytics

PenDreams uses cookieless analytics tools that do not collect IP addresses to monitor and analyze usage trends. These tools help us understand user interactions and improve our services. See the Privacy Policy for more information.

8. Third-Party Data Processors
